In the Huabal District of Peru, Presbítero Herrera Torres cultivates Caturra and Typica varieties on his three-hectare farm in San Francisco. Working alongside his family, he uses traditional fermentation and natural fertilization to produce a clean, expressive cup. This coffee reveals a bright, sweet profile with notes of papaya, guava, panela and gentle florals, balanced by a smooth, medium body and a long, pleasant finish. An exceptional example of Peruvian craftsmanship, showcasing harmony between tradition and flavor.
