On the slopes of Cerro Chimborazo in Nicaragua’s Datanlí region, the López family continues a century-old coffee tradition at Finca Los Papales. Grown at 1300–1500 MASL in a cool cloud-forest climate, this Red Pacamara lot is selectively harvested at peak ripeness and naturally processed to preserve its rich sweetness and expressive fruit character. This drip filter bag features our Nicaraguan coffee with indulgent notes of dark chocolate, creamy vanilla shake, strawberry and raspberry, supported by a smooth, creamy body, balanced acidity and a long, dessert-like finish. A rich and fruit-forward cup that showcases the distinctive character of Red Pacamara and the unique terroir of Jinotega. For the best experience, brew with 200 ml of water at 90°C.
