Tuang Coffee is produced by smallholder farmers in the Manggarai region of Flores Island, Indonesia, where fertile volcanic soils and a tropical mountain climate provide ideal conditions for growing exceptional coffee. Working closely with local communities, Tuang has helped transform the region into a recognised origin for high-quality specialty coffee through sustainable farming and transparent partnerships.

The thermal anaerobic natural process brings remarkable sweetness and complexity to the cup. Expect a rich, syrupy body with notes of tropical fruit, ripe berries, and warming spices, balanced by a smooth chocolate finish that lingers pleasantly on the palate.

Every lot is carefully hand-picked, slowly fermented, and dried with great precision to bring out the coffee's full potential. The result is a vibrant and distinctive Indonesian coffee that beautifully expresses both the unique terroir of Flores and the craftsmanship behind its production.
