Description
Nestled in the mountains of Jardín, Antioquia, Finca Amigos is a farm committed to both innovation and sustainability. Cultivated at 1741–1950 meters above sea level, its Geisha and other specialty varieties are carefully processed to highlight their most expressive qualities. Geisha cherries undergo either a double fermentation, 36 hours as whole fruit, then pulped for another 36 hours, or an aerobic protocol with 24 hours of initial fermentation followed by 48 hours in mucilage, before being meticulously dried on raised beds or parabolic patios.
The resulting cup is radiant and complex, unveiling notes of candied lemon, velvety white chocolate, chamomile tea and honeysuckle, all rounded by a gentle honeyed sweetness. Each sip captures the farm’s dedication to craft, offering a refined and multi-layered coffee experience.
