Doga Coffee, run by the Madrigal Vargas family, produces top-quality Tarrazú coffee using Natural Anaerobic, Full Honey, and Black Honey processes. Ripe cherries rest overnight, then dry for 20 days on African beds and patios. Once at optimal humidity, they’re stored for two months before export.

Our Costa Rica coffee is a vibrant, well-balanced cup that begins with bright grapefruit acidity and juicy red fruit sweetness. As it unfolds, rich baking chocolate adds depth and warmth, leading to a smooth, lingering finish with hints of black grape.
