Meet Robinson Rivera Muelas, a dedicated coffee grower from Piendamó, Cauca. At his farm, El Silencio, he nurtures the Caturra variety at 1740 masl and he also supports fellow growers by processing their cherries with his unique double anaerobic fermentation method.  

This coffee boasts a light to medium body and the richness of the body supports the vibrant flavor notes, creating a well-rounded experience. The sweetness is beautifully pronounced, with delightful hints of strawberry laces and ripe mango that dance on the palate. This natural sweetness is complemented by the smooth, sugary notes of toffee.
