Nestled in the mountains of Jardín, Antioquia, Finca Amigos is a farm dedicated to both innovation and sustainability. Grown at 1741–1950 meters above sea level, its Geisha and other specialty varieties are carefully processed to highlight their finest expression. Geisha cherries undergo either a double fermentation: 36 hours in whole fruit, then pulped for another 36 hours, or an aerobic protocol with 24 hours of initial fermentation followed by 48 hours in mucilage, then carefully dried on raised beds or parabolic patios. Expect a luminous cup with candied citrus brightness, floral tea notes and a gentle honeyed finish.
